Developed in the Charente, in the traditional way from a long soaking of fully mature blackcurrants.
This process gives an incomparable balance between sugar, acidity and fruit flavor.
Drunk chilled it can be taken neat, with ice or in white wine or champagne cocktails. Because of its high concentration of fruit flavors, it is perfect with ice cream.
In order to preserve its rich aroma, it is recommended that it is kept cool once the bottle has been opened.
